Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider, who was present with 6 children, ages ranging from 2 to 5 years. Four children had tranisitioned to their cots for nap time. For lunch, the provider reported feeding the children fish sticks, peas, applesauce, bread and milk. There were no medication on site for any of the children nor have their been any injuries/accidents requiring documentation. Three children files ( new enrollees) were reviewed as well as two household member's files and all were complete. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
