Comments:
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today with the provider, who was present with an Assistant and 8 preschoolers. None of the children enrolled have allergies. The provider and assistants were up to date with the preservice training. Arrival time: 10:40 am Departure time: 11:55am

Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-410-A-3
Description: Based on interview, it was determined that lockdown procedures have not been practiced at least annually. Evidence: The provider has not practiced a lockdown drill.

Plan of Correction: I will do an annual lockdown drill.
