Children were observed putting on shoes, having sunscreen applied, playing outside on the playground with balls, on the swings and the slide, and running together. Lunch was observed cooking (chicken, rice, beans and fruit). Reviewed 3 staff files, 1 resident file, 2 children's files, attendance, menus, emergency evacuation log, cribs, and physical plant. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
