Comments:
An unannounced 2 month follow up inspection from the license issuance was completed today. The physical plant, 4 caregiver/household member files, 1 child's record, caregiver training, child nutrition, emergency procedures and supplies were inspected between 12:10-1:00pm. There was 1 child, totaling 1 point, under the supervision of the Provider. During the inspection, the child returned to the FDH from playing at a nearby park, watched tv, cleaned up for and ate lunch. For lunch, the child ate chicken with rice, grapes, orange and water. The child was offered milk, but did not want to drink it. The Provider is currently certified in MAT (medication administration training), CPR and First Aid. Should you have any questions, please contact me at mary.wizbicki@dss.virginia.gov.
