Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 11:40 a.m. and ending at 2:00 p.m. with the provider. There were three children in care ranging in age from two years of age to four years old for a total of six points. Children were observed during free play. A two year old child was observed sleeping in a crib. After free play, two children prepared for lunch, while the third continued sleeping. Lunch today was chicken nuggets, whole wheat toast, baby carrots, grapes and milk. One provider record, five household member records and four children's records were reviewed. The provider completed 16 hours of training for the license year. Emergency drills are up to date. The provider is not Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified and cannot administer medications to children in care.
