Technical Assistance:
Licensing inspector discussed children's records, emergency preparedness plan, subsidy requirements, and caregiver requirements with provider.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 8:20am-9:50am. There were 4 children (6 points) directly supervised by 2 caregivers. A sample of 2 children?s records, 2 caregiver's records, 2 household member's records and a pet's record were reviewed. The children were observed playing with the caregiver, watching television, playing with electronics and learning colors. The provider purchased a puppy since the last inspection. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. There were no violations cited during this inspection. The exit interview was conducted with the provider.
