An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. There were 4 children in care with the provider ages, 8 months, 13 months, 14 months, and 17 months for a total of 15 points. The children were observed participating in center activities and eating a morning snack. Snack served today is graham crackers, sliced grapes, and water. Four children's records were reviewed. The provider record was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 08/07/2019 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted. The provider does not administered medication to children in the family day home at this time. The provider is current in CPR and First Aid Training. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-100-A Description: Based on review of four children's records it was determined that not all records contained documentation of a physical within the first 30 days of enrollment. Evidence: There was not a physical on file for Child A (start date: 07/15/2019). Plan of Correction: The provider requested a copy of the most recent physical from the parents of child A during the inspection.
