An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. There were 11 children as well as 2 residential children in care with the provider and assistant ages, 6 months, 19 months, 20 months, 2 years, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 4 years, 4 years, 5 years, 5 years, 6 years, and 10 years for a total of 25 points. The children were observed participating in crafts and structured center play. Lunch served today is chicken, rice, peaches, corn, and milk. Eleven children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider and assistant records were reviewed and in compliance. There are reportedly no medications being administered to children in the family day home at this time. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 07/25/2019 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 07/25/2019.
