An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted today from 10:25am-11:20am. The Northern Licensing Office received the complaint on 8/26/2019 regarding household members, care of children, and supervision. Interviews were conducted, records reviewed, and observations made in Family Day Home. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid.
