An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted from 12:20pm-2:00pm. There were 4 children in care, plus the Provider's 2 children, for a total of 12 points with the Provider. A sample of 5 children's records, 2 Caregiver/Household member records, evacuation drills, emergency materials, and the day care space were reviewed. The children were observed playing outside, catching butterflies, coloring, singing songs, washing hands, and playing with play-doh.
