Technical Assistance:
We talked about annual training due this year. Also, we discussed the use of playground equipment and placement.

Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during today's unannounced monitoring inspection conducted from 12:32 PM to 3:05 PM. Today, there were six children, ages infancy through two years (nineteen points), with two caregivers. I viewed daily routines, staffing, supervision, interactions with children, equipment, posted information, pet records, emergency supplies and drill records, injury record, emergency plan, nutrition, five records for children, four records for caregivers/residents, training records, indoor and outdoor areas. Appropriate nap accommodations were provided. We talked about the activities implemented this week for the "pets" theme. The provider has demonstrated knowledge of licensing standards. No violations at this time. Let me know if you have any questions. 540/430-9259
