A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 09/03/2019 from 10:35am to 1:30pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements . The children were playing with play dough upon the inspector?s arrival, and they were later observed playing in centers, singing, playing games and eating lunch. Today, there were two children, totaling 6 points, present with one caregiver. The caregiver was observed interacting with the children. Interviews were held with the caregiver throughout the inspection. Additionally, when appropriate the inspector interacted with children. Lunch consisted of beef and macaroni, squash, applesauce, whole grain bread and milk.
The provider does not administer medication.
The provider does not provide transportation.
The provider does not have a pet.
Four children?s records, one household member and two caregiver/household member's records were reviewed during the inspection.

A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
