Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection Thursday, September 5, 2019 from 11:10am to 12:50pm. This was a focused 60-day monitoring visit to determine the family day home's continued compliance since being licensed on September 19, 2018. There were no children enrolled at this time. The provider has requested to modify the license to care for children starting at birth age.
Medication is not being administered.
Transportation is not provided.
The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected.
Last fire drill: 08/15/2019
The violations from the previous inspection were checked for corrections. There was one repeat violation found during today's inspection.

Description: Based on observation on 09/05/2019, the provider did not ensure that the first aid kit contained the required items.

EVIDENCE:

The first aid kit did not contain more than one triangle bandage.

Plan of Correction: Will order another triangle bandage.
