The following inspection took place between the hours of 8:30 am through 11 am. Today, I met with the Provider on site at the Family Day Home (FDH) located in Herndon, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced renewal inspection there were a total of 4 children (10 points) with 1 caregiver. A total of 4 children?s files, 1 staff file, and 2 household member?s files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: breakfast, toy play, games, outdoor play, music, learning, song, and other organized activities. If you should have any future questions, please call or send an e-mail. Thank you.
