A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/12/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
There were five children in care with the licensee. The point total for the five children was 12. Five children's records were reviewed, the provider's record was reviewed, and the household member's record was reviewed. No medications at the family day home.
The inspector arrived at the provider's home at 9:10 am and departed at 11: 30 am.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
