A discussion was had with the Provider about the need to notify parents about the change in liability insurance policy.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:10am until 11:50am with the Provider. Initially there were two children in care, 3-years and 4-years-old, for a total of 4 points; another child (2-years-old) arrived by bus during the inspection. The Provider shared that she has other children in care who will come back after school. The children were observed eating a snack of grapes and cheese, doing an art project painting with apples, reading books, and having free play. The Provider's file, three children's files, and one Household Member's file were reviewed and in compliance. The Provider was certified in First Aid and CPR thru ASHI on 4/27/19. The emergency drill log was reviewed and was in compliance. The First Aid Kit, radio, flashlight, and fire extinguishers were inspected and were in compliance. The Provider reported that there was no medication on site today, but she is MAT (Medicine Administration Training) certified. There were zero violations observed during today's inspection.
