An unannounced Renewal Study was conducted from 10:15 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. There were seven children in care with the provider ages 19 months, 21 months, 2 years, 2 years, 2 years, 3 years, and 4 years for a total of 16 points. The children were observed participating in crafts, story time, and structured center play. Lunch served today is butter chicken, rice, blueberries, salad, and milk. Seven children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider and five household member records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider is current in MAT (Medication Administration Training), and CPR and First Aid. There is reportedly no medication being administered to children in the family day home at this time.
