Discussed communication homes policies with parents

Comments:
A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:00 am to 10:15 am. There were 3 children (9 points) with 2 caregivers. Children were observed having diapers changed, hands washed, playing with trains, doing puzzles, and playing outside. Reviewed 2 staff files, 3 children's files, 1 household member's file, menu, attendance, emergency evacuation log, and physical plant. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-A
Description: Based on record review, provider did not maintain an up to date record for each enrolled child.
Evidence:
Child#2 and Child#3 were missing documentation of the annual review of the child's emergency contact information.

Plan of Correction: I will have the parents update and sign the form
