An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 11:40 a.m. and ending at 1:30 p.m. with the provider. There were three children in care ages 14 months, 15 months and 2 years old and the provider's own child for a total of 14 points.
Children were observed during free play, preparing for lunch, having lunch and then during transition to rest time. Children bring food from home.
Three children's records, one provider record, one household member record were reviewed. Emergency drills were up to date. The provider is not Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified and cannont administer medications to children in care. Provider training was reviewed.
