A mandated Renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 2 children present (6 points) with 1 caregiver. Children were observed having lunch (fish, rice, tomato and green beans, and milk) washing hands,playing with balls, and a a variety manipulative toys. Reviewed 2 children's files, 1 caregivers file, 4 residents files, emergency evacuation plan, log and supplies, attendance, menu, crib compliance and physical plant.
