Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/02/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 10 children present, totaling 29 points, with 2 staff. Five children's records and all provider records were reviewed. The vendor had no medications onsite during the inspection. The inspector arrived at the facility at 1:30 PM and departed at 4:30 PM. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
