Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. There is one child present today (4 points) with one caregiver. 6 resident and 1 child's records were reviewed.
See Violation for missing items. The child was observed during a diaper change, playing with toys and looking at books. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at 703-479-4678. A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) inspection was also conducted today. LI was present today from 10:40 AM - 12:10 PM.

Description: Based on review of records, one resident record does not contain documentation of a subsequent TB screening.

Evidence:
Resident A's TB screening available for review was not update within 2 years. The screening is date 5/4/17 (expired).
