An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on Monday, September 9, 2019 to determine compliance with licensing standards. The inspector arrived at 2:30 PM and concluded the inspection at 3:30 PM. Today, there were two children, totaling six points, present with one caregiver. During the inspection, children were watching an age appropriate television show and dancing to children?s songs. Transportation is not provided. The provider has one pet and all required documents were reviewed. Children?s equipment, learning materials, indoor and outdoor space, and restrooms were inspected. Three children?s records, one caregiver record, daily attendance records, fire and shelter in place, and lock down drill logs, and all required postings were reviewed.
The provider was available for the inspection and was present at the exit interview at which time inspection findings were reviewed and an Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left with the licensee. All previous violations were corrected and no violations were cited during today?s renewal inspection.
