A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on October 10, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The licensing inspector arrived at approximately 9:39 am and departed at 12:00 pm. At the time of the tour there were four children, ages eight months through four years old in care with the provider and two assistants totaling 12 points. The children were observed playing freely in the home, having music and movement and interacting with the caregivers. The sample size was six household member's records and five children's records. The family day home does not administer medication or offer transportation.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements were found.
