Comments:
Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced renewal inspection conducted today, October 3, 2019. The on-site inspection was held from 2:30 p.m. to 3:50 p.m. On this date, there no children in the care of the provider. There were a total of five children enrolled in the program. There were five children's records reviewed, along with the records for the provider and one substitute provider/assistant. There were no medications being administered or on-site at the time of the visit, as is the policy of the provider. The violations from the previous inspection had been corrected. There were no violations of the licensing standards. Some items reviewed/observed during the inspection included: required posted information, emergency supplies, first aid kit, documentation of evacuation drills and shelter-in-place drills, refrigerator and freezer temperature, and water temperature.
