Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 12:00pm-1:35pm. There were 9 children (23 points) in the direct care and supervision of the Provider and two Assistant Providers. A sample size of 4 children's records, 3 caregiver records, 1 household member record, the first aid kit, emergency materials, evacuation drills, the daycare space, and the playground were reviewed. The children were observed dancing, helping carve pumpkins, playing with toys, playing outside on the playground, eating lunch, washing hands, having their diapers changed, toileting, and preparing to lay down for their nap time. If you have any questions, please contact me at shahana.green@dss.virginia.gov .
