Consultation was given on diaper changing table and storage of soiled diapers and the modification process

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Two children were present (six points) with the provider which is within ratios for supervision. One child was asleep upon arrival. The provider uses a monitor as the cribs are upstairs. Reviewed two records for children, emergency preparation, nutrition (food is bought from home) as well as trainings and physical space. The provider is increasing capacity to 7. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me.
