Reminded provider to complete the additional Virginia Health and Safety Update Training by March 2020.

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/24/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 2 children (8 points) present in care and supervision of 1 caregiver. The children were observed eating lunch and taking naps. There were no medications on site.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
