A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/22/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were no children present and 1 staff. There were no children's records to be reviewed. Interviews for enrolling children will take place this week. Staff records were reviewed previously and no changes had been made to those staff records. There were no medications during the inspection. The inspector arrived at the facility at 9:30 AM and departed at 11:00 AM. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
