Technical Assistance:
We reviewed the requirements for annual training, and ensuring that fall zones of outdoor equipment meet standards.

Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during today's unannounced monitoring inspection conducted from 1:35 PM to 4:25 PM. Today, there were eleven to twelve children, ages infancy through four years (30-32 points), with two caregivers. I viewed daily routines, staffing, supervision, interactions with children, snack, nutrition, diapering procedures, equipment, activities, posted information, annual review of the emergency plan, emergency supplies and drill records, a new pet record, five records for children, three caregiver/resident records, caregiver training, indoor and outdoor areas. There was not any medication present this date. The children have been provided a variety of age appropriate toys, books, materials and music. At times, the children have been separated according to age. The caregivers responded to individual needs for care, attention and guidance.

No violations at this time. Let me know if you have any questions. 540/430-9259
