Standard #: 22VAC40-665-400-B-5 Description: Based on a review of the written emergency plan made available to the inspector during the inspection the vendor has not included the components required for emergency lock down procedures in her emergency plan.
Evidence:
The Emergency Plan provided by the vendor to the inspector on 10/16/19 did not contain emergency procedures for Lock DownPlan of Correction: The vendor stated that she would complete an updated template obtained from the VDSS website which contained all of the required elements within 30 days.
