Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/23/2019 from 3:07pm to 5:45pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements . The children were napping upon the inspector?s arrival and the children were later observed watching nursery rhyme videos, playing games, learning through play in centers and playing outside. Today, there were 9 children, totaling 16 points, present with one caregiver. The caregiver was observed interacting with the children. An interview was held with the caregiver throughout the inspection. Additionally, when appropriate the inspector interacted with children.

The provider does not administer medication.
The provider does not provide transportation.
The provider does not have a pet.

Five children?s records, and one caregiver record was reviewed during the inspection.

The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections. There were no repeat violations found during today?s inspection.
