An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 10/31/2019. There were 5 children, ages 2 years-4 years, totaling 10 points and one provider present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's record and one provider record during the inspection. The provider stated that there is no medication being administered at this time. Children were observed in the following activities: playing with Play-Dough, in free choice activities and during lunch. The inspector reviewed the emergency preparedness plans and the emergency supplies during the inspection.
