An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed today. The physical plant, 4 caregiver/household member files, 5 children's files, caregiver training, child nutrition, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected between 11:00-12:10pm. There were 9 children, totaling 26 points, under the supervision of 3 caregivers. Today, the children played outside, ate lunch, cleaned up for and rested during naptime. The interactions between the children and caregivers were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. The children were served broccoli soup, chicken, rice, banana, strawberries and milk for lunch. The Provider is not certified in MAT (medication administration training) and there are no children with any medication needs.
