Forwarded training opportunities that are no cost and on-line. All caregivers are eligible to take the trainings.

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Three children were present (11 points) with two caregivers. Reviewed children, caregivers and household members records, emergency preparation, physical space, training hours and care of children. Children bring lunch from home. Please ensure crib sheets are tight when cribs are occupied. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Evidence:
The October evacuation was not documented on the evacuation log.Plan of Correction: Drill will be recorded for October.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-90-C Description: Based on record review, 1 of 3 children's records was missing an immunization update.
Evidence:
Child #1 is under 2 years of age and does not have a current immunization record within the last 6 months (7/25/2018)Plan of Correction: A new immunization record will be requested from the parent.
