A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/13/2019 from 2:25 P.M. to 5:15 P.M. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were five children upon arrival and three children arrived afterschool for a total of eight children and two caregivers present. There was a total of sixteen points. The records for five children, two caregivers, emergency plan, first aid kit and emergency supplies, evacuation drills and annual training were reviewed. Children were observed during naptime, school age children arriving after school, handwashing, snack time, television time, free choice playtime, and departure. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
