Comments:
The inspector completed an unannounced mandated inspection from 10:30 until noon. Two children were in care with the two care givers present. Two provider records and five children's records were reviewed. Children were observed finishing breakfast, watching a children's show, drawing, and playing. No medications are being administered; the provider does not provide medications. Violations had been corrected Violations are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-140-B-3
Description: The provider did not have current certification in CPR.
Evidence:
1. The provider and substitute's CPR expired 7/2019.

Plan of Correction: The provider has a class scheduled for this week; she had a difficult time finding a trainer.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-140-B-4
Description: Based on record review and interview, the provider did not have current first aid certification.
Evidence:
1. The inspector reviewed two provider records. Two of two records first aid expired 7/2019.

Plan of Correction: Provider has signed up for a class this week. Provider had a difficult time finding a trainer.
