Inspector has requested for the provider to obtain their full original zoning ordinance from their local zoning department. This documentation will be required prior to the end of the current licensure period.

Today an unannounced Monitoring inspection took place between 11:15am and 12:30pm. There were no children in care during today's inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection.
