Standard #: 22VAC40-111-40-A
Description: Based on observation, the provider failed to ensure the total number of children receiving care did not exceed the maximum license capacity of the home.
Evidence:

Plan of Correction: There was an emergency school closing today due to inclement weather. Three of the children in care were school age children.
