Reviewed the time frames for completing background checks, once the first checks have been made.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed today. The physical plant, 4 caregiver/household member files, 5 children's files, caregiver training, child nutrition, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected today between 3:15-4:30pm. There were 10 children, totaling 32 points, under the supervision of 2 caregivers. Today, the children woke up from naptime, worked on puzzles, lego blocks and other toys and completed worksheets where they matched pictures. The interactions between the children and caregivers were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Today, the children were served rice with mixed vegetables, lentils, egg, banana and milk. The Provider is currently certified in MAT (medication administration training). However, there are no children with any medication needs at this time.
