An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 12:00 noon - 1:30 pm with the provider and her assistant. A monitoring inspection was also conducted (see that report for details.) There are no children enrolled with diagnosed food allergies. The last lockdown drill was conducted: 5/6/19. All providers have current certification in CPR/First Aid and have completed the Virginia Preservice Training.
