Comments:
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted today from 7:00 am until 9:00 am. The complaint investigation was in response to two allegations - 1. Morning ratios and 2. A new assistant without background checks. The inspector reviewed attendance logs and monitored attendance and ratios were with licensing standards. The inspector also reviewed all paper work for newly hired caregiver. Caregiver was hired 11/18/19 and has submitted Central Registry Background paperwork and is within the 30 day period for results to be returned. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is deemed to be not valid. There were non-complaint related violations cited on the Violation Notice. If you have any questions, contact me at Tanya.Johnson1@dss.virginia.gov or 571.423.6392
