The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced complaint investigation on 12/4/19 in response to allegations of inappropriate behavior guidance and forbidden actions received by the department on 12/2/19. Interviews were completed and observations were made at the time of inspection. On 12/6/19, information was obtained from an outside agency to complete the investigation. The preponderance of evidence gathered does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is deemed not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
