An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 2:45pm-3:30pm. There were 2 children (5 points) supervised by 1 direct care staff. The home, 1 staff record, 2 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed napping. Toileting and hand washing procedures were also observed. There was a sufficient amount of books, toys, and materials, which were found to be developmentally appropriate for the children in care at the time of inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
