Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:00am to 10:15am with the provider. The provider does not currently have any children enrolled and is unsure if she is going to continue operating. All required postings were posted. The provider's record and two household member's records were reviewed and were in compliance. All of the provider's equipment is still maintained in the childcare area.
