An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/19/2019 from 11:00 A.M-1:05 P.M. There were seven children in care with one provider for a total of 14 points. The records for five children, one provider, one household member, one medication and documentation, evacuation drills, first aid kit and emergency supplies, emergency plan, and required posted information were reviewed. Children were observed during transition times, literacy activities, circle time, free choice activities that included drawing and cutting, dramatic play, sensory play in a water table, handwashing, toileting and diapering procedures. No violations were found during the inspection.
