Comments:

A mandated Renewal inspection was conducted today, 1/7/2020. There were 9 children present (34 points) with 3 caregivers. Children were observed napping, being held while bottle fed, having tummy time, and building with legos. Reviewed 3 children's files, 3 staff files and 1 resident file, emergency evacuation plan and log, menus, attendance, and physical plant. Standard #:	22VAC40-111-280
Description:	Based on observation, potentially poisonous substances, materials and supplies such as, but not limited to, cleaning agents, and disinfectants were not stored inaccessible to children. Evidence: Clorox disinfectant wipes were stored in an unlocked cabinet under the sink in the children's bathroom, which is accessible to children.
Plan of Correction:	This violation was corrected at the time of inspection by the provider removing the items and storing them inaccessible to children.
