Discussed the items missing/incomplete for the FDH renewal application received in the Licensing Office prior to today's inspection.
- Comments:
-
An unannounced renewal inspection was completed today. The physical plant, 4 caregiver/household member files, 5 children's files, caregiver training, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected between 11:15am-12:45pm. There were 7 children, totaling 15 points, under the supervision of 2 caregivers. During the inspection, the children were observed enjoying free play with various toys while watching the snow falling outside and preparing to eat lunch. The children bring their lunches and snacks to the FDH each day that they are in care. The Provider is not certified in MAT (medication administration training) and there are no children with any medication needs.
