Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the provider on January 7, 2020 beginning at 9:10 AM and ending at 10:20 AM. There were five children in the care of the provider. The children's ages were 21 months, 23 months, 2, 2, and 3 years old for a total of 12 points. The children were observed playing with toys and interacting with the provider. Five children's records were reviewed. Three household members' records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider's annual training hours were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed. The emergency escape drill log was reviewed. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 12/20/19. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 6/4/19.
