An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted in conjunction with a licensing inspection on January 7, 2020 beginning at 9:10 AM and ending at 10:20 AM. There were five children in the care of the provider. The children's ages were 21 months, 23 months, 2, 2, and 3 years old for a total of 12 points. The children were observed playing with toys and interacting with the provider. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Three household members' records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications and allergy care plans to be reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 6/4/19.
